With more than a decade of experience in higher education and purpose-driven organizations, I’ve led initiatives that reshape how teams onboard, engage, and grow. Whether I’m building a strategic operations plan or leading a workshop on inclusive leadership, I bring clarity, empathy, and systems thinking to the work of culture change.
As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and nationally recognized facilitator, I’ve partnered with universities, nonprofits, and corporate teams to turn cultural values into daily practice. My programs focus on helping people feel connected, seen, and a genuine sense of belonging as they grow.
My work is rooted in one simple belief: belonging, connection, and growth aren’t perks—they’re the foundation of meaningful work.
I currently lead employee experience and operations strategy at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, where I live with an ever-evolving recipe book, a yoga mat that gets regular use, and a healthy appreciation for reality TV.
