Chance Ryon

Hi, I’m Chance Ryon!

I help organizations design people-powered systems that make work better—for everyone.

With more than a decade of experience in higher education and purpose-driven organizations, I’ve led initiatives that reshape how teams onboard, engage, and grow. Whether I’m building a strategic operations plan or leading a workshop on inclusive leadership, I bring clarity, empathy, and systems thinking to the work of culture change.

As a SHRM-Certified Professional, Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and a nationally recognized facilitator, I’ve partnered with universities, nonprofits, and corporate teams to turn cultural values into daily practice. My programs focus on helping people feel connected, seen, and a genuine sense of belonging as they grow.

My work is rooted in one simple belief: belonging, clarity, and growth aren’t perks—they’re the foundation of meaningful work.

I currently lead employee experience and operations strategy at Belmont University in Nashville, where I live with an ever-evolving recipe book, a yoga mat that gets regular use, and a healthy appreciation for reality TV.

Let’s build something better—together.

What I Bring to the Table

People-Centered Strategy

I design systems with people at the core—building structures that support belonging, growth, and meaningful work.

Clarity & Calm in Complexity

I bring structure to ambiguity, helping organizations navigate change with confidence, compassion, and clear next steps.

Culture as Daily Practice

For me, culture isn’t a one-time initiative—it’s embedded in rituals, processes, and everyday interactions that shape how people feel and perform.

Operations with Heart

I pair strategic thinking with empathy, ensuring the solutions I build are not only scalable, but human-centered and sustainable.
